lyrics

Break of day, these ruins speak names of oaken pasts
Carbonized from desecration's grasp, gone all to waste

Blackened valor lines the broken shores
My name burnt to forgotten ash, white mist sends me afloat

Carry my body through these scenes of victory
Songs of triumph fill these streets but this day my eyes stare cold

A home I've paved, structures woven beneath
To those I pray, for dire peace
Go without me

Gushing winds from the east, now a winter's silence
Aura of distortion, shattering horizons
Distant now, funeral pyres vanquish my carcass
Grey flame drowns me into obscurity
Seethes off of my limbs
For we descend now

Collapse before the starless darkness of night
My frozen heart, eclipses the blackened eye
Turn from me, Born to see, desolation, the tyrant bleeds
Weightless now, I throw myself from this stone
Flown to my lost home

Color folds to gray, the fields below shriek my name
Their hands reaching for me
My decay

Unto the bloodstained masses of bone, the rain melts me away
I hide now in reveries, the beautiful warmth of day

Tell me soon, of harmony, waters flow with velvet dreams
Mother now, watch us sing, frolic beneath the trees
Left us here with each other, a day eternal comes to cradle
A king's blessing, a father's death, you will lead us passed the fray

They sing for me, I turn away

Back away from delusions of old
Sent down to cold below,
Reflection reveals to me, no longer I remain
Only a glow

Lunar seed
Carry me
Passed the trees
For eternity
Far from life
A cursed scorn
This tragedy
Of the deceased

They sing for me, I turn to gray
Lost forever, a Wisp of Barelorn
